Law is any regulation which is enforced in a state or a country and all citizens should abide by it.

If anyone found not following the law then he may be punished or fined by the regulatory authorities. There are two types of law.

procedural law is one which is enforced in court of law. This law established legal rules which must be followed.

Substantive law is right and obligation which governs people and organization.

Both of them are criminal laws, therefore anyone not following these laws will be liable for proceeding.
