At the outset, the emergence of Christianity, preaching by the apostles was recorded only in Israel. Christians were considered a Jewish sect, as another in a series of teachings proclaimed by many prophets and self-taught teachers, healers, and so on. For one of them, Jesus Christ and his teaching were also considered, not as a messiah. According to the Book of Acts, when God appeared to Peter, he ordered him to go to the so-called non-believers, and to preach Christianity. Later, the Apostle Paul took over that role and remained known as the apostle of the non-believers. All this led to the spread of Christianity in much of the world, reaching even to Rome. In this way Christianity has become a separate new faith.
