Well, if she skates about 2.4 hours EVERY day and it's open 54 days you multiply the number of hrs and the number of days.

So, now we have our equation; 2.4×54=?

Now we multiply and "pretend" that the decimal isn't there... which gives us 1,296

Now we remember how many decimal places we had and bring it over to our answer.

Now we have 129.6

So... 54×2.4=129.6
