Nick is buying one DVD player and some DVDs. At Electronics-R-Us, the DVD player is $60 and the DVDs are $12 each. At Movies-n-More, the DVD player is $80 and movies are $10 each. If the cost at the two stores is equal, how many DVDs did Nick purchase?​

if he buys 5 DVDs at electronic-r-us plus the player it would be a total of $120
60+12(5)=60
if he buys the player plus 4 movies at movies-n-more the total would also be $120
80+12(4)=60
so in total he purchased 9 DVDs
5+4=9
