Poetic Devices- Which literary devices are used and what do they mean?

I know a woman

Indian in her bones

Spends the pow wow dancing all alone

She can be lonely

Sometimes she can cry

Drop of sadness into the bread she fries

I know a woman Indian in her eyes

Full blood in her heart

full blood when she cries

She can be afraid and sometimes she can shake

But her medicine will never let her break

But she don’t want a warrior, she don’t want no brave

And she don’t want no renegade headed to an early grave

She don’t need no stolen horse she don’t need no stolen heart

She don’t need no Indian man falling down and falling apart

just to give her a feather

The poem uses imagery because the author is very descriptive when describing the kind of man this women needs, the poem uses symbolism throughout the poem to describe the women's nationality. The poem uses point of view in third person because it has a narrator, the poem uses oxymoron because at first you would think the women is happy but then turns out to be sad and needing love and affection. Then finally hyperbole which is when the author uses exaggerated phrases which when he said he would walk through lightning.
