The y-intercept can be found by setting x to 0, the y-intercept can be found by setting y to 0. 

Simplify the equation to 13x/2 = y 

The x-intercept is 13x/2 = 0, or 0 
The y-intercept is 13*0/2 = y, or 0 

The intercepts lie at the origin. The slope can be determined from y=mx+b; in this case, y = 13/2x + 0, therefore, the slope is 13/2. The graph can now be plotted.
