1) Skeletal muscles are used to giva the body power and strenght, it is made of muscle fibers and muscle cells. Cardiac muscles are made up of indiviudal heart muscle cells and jointed otgether by intercalated discs. Smooth muscles are made up of sheets or strands of smooth muscle cells.
- Skeletal muscles can be found in between bones.
- Cardiac muscles can be found in on the "walls" of the heart,
- Smooth muscle can be found in the walls of hollow visceral organs, except the heart.
2) Eccentric contractions are when the muscle has an increase of tenion while being stretched out.
Concentric contractions are when the muscle has an increase of tension when it's being shorten.
Isometric contractions are when the muscle has not moved around.
3) Balance is used for fitness because, if you have no balance it is very much likely you will tear a muscle and hurt or sprain something.
Power is used for fitness because, without the power your mind and your body will be shut off not allowing you to move.
Reaction Time is used for fitness because, it is always better to time yourself having a break or two will not hurt reaction time can be used to help ypu figure out what you don't or do need help or more time on.
4) Being careful is very important because when you aren't you can sprain and hurt yourself.
Being a good listener is also an important factor; if you listen you either do them right or wrong and right would be the better answer so being a good listener is important.
Be yourself; you have to know your limits, what you can and cannot do so you better be yourself, if you can't bench 50 be honest don't impress others because you may end up hurting yourself in the end.
Be smart, because nothing is better than when you're fully aware of what you can and cannot do yet, be smart and slowly try to surprass your limits.
5) Well hormones are very important because they transport in tissue fluids such as blood or sap to help stimulate specific cells or tissues into action, so they are very much needed for you to keep moving. Glades also help with synthesizes substances which are kinda like hormones; release into the bloodstream. They both help the body move the blood around which keeps you alive and healthy and filled with energy.
