Trying to improve yourself is great! It really depends on your age, but you should always have a healthy, balanced diet. You should eat nutritious foods like fruits and veggies, and also build on protein like chicken or fish. You can eat junk food once in a while like chips, or you can switch to whole grain snacks instead like sun chips instead. I hope this helps you become a better volleyball player.
veggies and fruits are obviously incredibly good for your body when working out, same with drinking tons of water! it is good to have a balanced diet so definitely don’t restrict eating carbs but find healthier ways to incorporate them into your meals ;)
