nutrient-dense foods are better than foods that are less nutritious because a. nutrient-dense foods give the body protein, vitamins, minerals, and water. b. less nutritious foods cost more than nutrient-dense foods. c. nutrient-dense foods have fewer calories than less nutritious foods. d. nutrient-dense foods taste better than less nutritious foods.

Respuesta :

The answer would most likely be A, because a nutrient dense food, like salmon and vegetables have a lot of powerful vitamins in them that help us while non nutrient dense food, like chips, would only give a person carbs and lipids (fats). Cost isnt a factor in this question when distinguishing between health. Although calories do play a role in this, a is a better answer. Also, taste isn't a health role, i would in fact rather eat a whole chocolate cake, but i need to eat fruits and vegetables because thay is better for my health and more nutritional.
