PLEASE HELP!!!! NEED IT BY TONIGHT

Do employers have a legitimate right to electronically monitor their employees? Would you object to monitoring by your employer? Should federal or state government pass laws that limit electronic employee monitoring? If so, what would be reasonable limits to this practice?

Well, I only have part of your answer but I hope I can help. I memorized this from privacyrights.org, so they get all of this credit: "Courts often have found that when employees are on the job, their expectation of privacy is limited. Employers generally are allowed to monitor your activity on a workplace computer or workstation. Since the employer owns the computer network and the terminals, he or she is free to use them to monitor employees."

Happy Election Night, and I hope this answer at least parts of your question :)
