If the vice president and the cabinet members believe that the president is unable to perform his/her duties they will submit a letter to congress with an explanation, and the vice president immediately assumes the duties of the president, but the president can resume duties if he/she submits a letter to congress stating that no inability exists, however, if the vice president and cabinet members still feel the president is unable to serve, they may submit another letter to Congress, then they evaluate and vote on the issue.
