Could somebody help with some stretches and exercises.

I just need it for Abs, Arms, Core, Back, & Legs.

Answer: Sure, here are some stretches and exercises...

Abs-  Sit-ups, v-ups, plank, and cobra.

Arm- Dumbbell Preacher Curl, and Skull Crushers.

Core- Plank and side planks.

Back- Pull-ups and dumbbell deadlifts.

Leg- Squats, single-leg deadlift, squat with heal rise.
