School culture right now is very high. I come into school every day ready to lean. I feel like my teachers are mostly prepared for the day ahead. There is some ocasions when things go wrong in the classroom. Some things that we can do to improve the culture and imrpove the capacity for respect is allow students more time for assignments, and assign less work. Most students are already stressed with other classes, and do not have the time to stay up all night just for one class.
