Bad posture can result in tight muscles which can result in back pain.
Structures in the body such as bones, muscles, tendon are responsible for
the structure of organisms and movement of body parts.
When we assume a bad posture, the muscles are stressed which results to
the muscles becoming very tight and the individual experiences difficulty in
moving that body part which in this case is the back.
The tight muscles comes with pain and inflammation which is how bad
posture can contribute to back pain.
