I say group B because the medical reasearchers are using group B to see the outcome and effects of the experimtal drug that they gave group A. So if in the end group A (given the experimental drug) has a better response to the headache after taking the pill then group B (given a fake drug) the medical reasearcher will know the effectiveness of the new drug.
