Angel has more water. You need to look at the number right after the period to determine whether or not the value is bigger. If the number is 5 or higher, the value is raised. If the number is 4 or lower, the value goes down.
Or you could look at it like this:
We have .485 and .5
If we add zeros to .5, we get .500
You can subtract .485 from .500 to see if it is bigger or not.
