The lateral surface area is just what is sounds like - the surface area around the prism, or not including the bases.
Front facing rectangle:
A = 2.5 x 10 = 25 m^2
Bottom rectangle:
A = 1.5 x 10 = 15 m^2
Back rectangle:
A = 2 x 10 = 20 m^2
Now, we need to add all of these values together.
25 + 15 + 20 = 60 square meters
