And basically abstinence is just being informed about it. It’s a part of growing up. Sex Ed is letting you know what will happen if you do so but you still restrain from it.

You happen to be more careful and informed about what sex will do and how it will change your life. So you be mature about it with abstinence and take precautions when it does happen
