I am assuming the triangle is reflected over the x-axis. But we have to consider that the line y = 1.
Point X (4,5)
all things held constant, x' would have the coordinates (4,-5)
but line y = 1. So, x' (4, -3)
5 - 1 = 4
1 - 4 = -3
