After several weeks he found a turbid appearance in straight neck bottle. He concluded that air borne microbes have fallen in straight tube and contamination occurred. He said no spontaneous generation occurs because then the bend neck bottle would have microbes on it. Thus, microbes grew after they got nutrient and preexisting microorganism.
