put m in eqn 1

3(15.15-2s) +5s=38.5

45.45 -6s+5s =38.5

-6s +5s =38.5 -45.45

-s= -6.95

divide both sides by -1

s = $ 6.95

m= 15.15 -2s

m= 15.15- 2(6.95)

m= 15.15 -13.9

m=$ 1.25

therefore the price of a glass of milk is $1.25 and the price of a seafood dinner is $6.95
