Cindy’s air conditioning compressor makes such a racket when operating that Tom, whose bedroom window is but 15 feet away from the compressor, can hardly sleep most nights. Tom has complained to Cindy and has asked her to move the compressor but Cindy has just ignored all of Tom’s concerns. In order to get some sleep Tom might have to sue Cindy for:
