Larissa can lose fat just by
living a healthy lifestyle. A healthy lifestyle involves exercising AND eating
the right amount of foods. If you are busy enough to exercise, at least walk
for 30 minutes a day. When eating a balanced diet, follow the food pyramid. Eat
more at the bottom level and eat less at the top level. Avoid foods that zero
nutrients such as ice cream, chocolates, and cakes. Stay away from salty foods
too because it retains water into your body making you feeling bloated all the
time. This is an indicator that your body could not digest the food properly in
your system.

3) Cut on the salt and sugar (use it to minimum you can).
