We feel cooler when we spray perfume on our body because the perfume requires latent heat of vaporisation to change its state of matter from liquid to gas and this latent heat is provided by our body. Our body loses heat as it gives its heat in converting perfume from liquid to gas. Hence our body loses heat and becomes cooler.
