as C,D,E and G are located in introns which are non coding region. these regions are transcribed in to pre-mature mRNA but are removed during RNA splicing process to form mature mRNA which have only coding regions. During RNA splicing, introns are removed so motifs on introns will also be be removed and exons joined together.
