A law is a very solid theory that has seen little to no refuting by any experiments or scientific studies. For a theory to become a law, it must undergo intense studies for many years. However, LAWS ARE STILL NOT FACTS, as nothing in science will ever be proven to be fact. Laws are the closest thing to fact that science will reach.
