For me the most uncomfortable or most difficult muscle to workout would be my biceps and triceps. I feel like my legs can do about anything and I have a good core structure but my arms are like noodles haha. I can bench press and lift weights/medicine balls but if I am not at the gym then I can simply grab a chair and do chair dips.
