As the desalination projects that are most essential objects in the Arabia world as the have more of the oil resources as compared to the water resources and hence to drink clean and safe water they have to desalinate it and thus the government relies heavily on the private sector for this cause.
Also, they reuse water at all levels and thus have a near 100% recycle rate of the water in buildings and the cities. And thus can carry out their agricultural practices. Desalinated water is produced from 17 locations and about 3.3 mn is produced each day.
