A possible problem of combining people into areas without regard to ethnic or language differences is that there is a possibility that the different groups do not like each other which might end with going into war. With that, there would be a lot of tension. There is a possibility that each group will have no respect for the other groups of ethnicity and languages. There would be issues of who is going to lead the nation because each different group wants a person from their ethnicity and language to be running the country to implement certain policies or laws that will benefit their group and possibly damage the other enemy groups. There is definitely going to be issues of language barriers, it will be really hard for people to communicate and negotiate to maybe pull through without blood being spilled.
