Well if you live in the USA you live by those rights.
Pretty much if you break it down, life is life, if you're living you have life. You could argue that you don't have a life because it is so bad, but let's be optimistic.
Liberty, what is the definition of liberty? Freedom is the gist of liberty. So if you're free like freedom of speech, freedom of peaceful assembly you are free.
Property, if you own property such as a house, you have property.
Pretty much having these things can lead to a happy lifestyle in the land of the free and the home of the brave.
