Sentence D is different from the others.

The other options (A-C) begin with a dependent clause and a comma - option D does not.

Definitely D. if you read them carefully they're are a few differences.

Option A,B, and C is wrong because there is one independent clause and one dependent even though they are all structure correctly without a conjunction.

They also all have commas and the last option is two independent clauses
