A., D., E., G. - middle of the story as described with dialogue, flashbacks, and life altering events.

When you enter the middle of a story, there is most often a turning point for the character or a conflict of some sort.  This can be shown through dialogue (walking into an argument), flashing back to an earlier time where an important decision was made, or describing past events.
