To make the swim team Pedro must swim 400 meters in less than 7 minute. Pedro swam the first 200 meters in 2.86 minutes. He swam the second 200 meters in 3.95 minutes. what is the total amount of time he took to swim 400 meters? Did Pedro make the team?
