Your answer is incomplete. It should read something like "No, the change between weeks is constant (plus 1) but the change between rainfall amounts is not constant. For example, the jump from 5 to 3 is minus 2, then the jump from 3 to 4.5 is plus 1.5. The rainfall amounts must either decrease only or increase only, and at the same amount each time."

Problem 13 Part B)
A linear equation cannot be written to describe the values in the table, because y does not change the same each time compared to x's constant changing. So we cannot find the slope m using the slope formula, meaning we can't find y = mx+b overall. If you were to plot each (x,y) point on the same grid, you'll see that it's impossible to draw a straight line through all of the points, as the image attachment shows below.
An equation could be possible, but it's not linear. It is likely some other kind of curve (cubic perhaps? I'm not entirely sure)
