It is the Third Amendment of the United States Constitution. It restricts the quartering of soldiers in without the owner's consent of the home. This is forbidden during peacetime. The Second Amendment is the right to bear arms. The Fourth Amendment is the right against unreasonable search and seizure. The Fifth Amendment protects you from being held for a crime without due process of the law, from double jeopardy (being charged twice for the same crime) and for protecting you from self incrimination.
