Well this is a very subjective question with many possible answers, but let´s put it this way. Let's say I'm of the Democratic party and the nominee doesn't believe in cliamet change or is against free healthcare for all americans. These two values goes against everything we stand for in the Democratic party and he surely won't get my vote as a nominee to represent my party.

This is a very open and personal question, but according to our American view of country respect and seriousness of our government,  I would totally oppose and withdraw my support during the process if I discouverd this person was a corrupt, there is no tolerence on corruption and corrupts. This type of people destroys the contry and puts our republic in risk.
