Gerard ran out of tile for his patio. The width of the remaining area is 2 and two ninths feet. The length of the remaining area is 7 feet. How much does Gerard have left over to tile. I don't get it my brain is not working please help me

w = 7 ft.

First, we should put 2 2/9 into decimal form, as it'll make it easier to
multiply.

A = l × w

A = 2.22 × 7

A = 15.54
