A Proof explains how statements about a mathematical object is true.
If the statement says given then you write the proof in the first box that says statements and then you would write given under the box that says given.
Here is ONE answer:
M <1 is= to M<3. You would write that under statement. Since the statement tells you this already you would write GIVEN under the box that says reasons. If something is already in the statements box then you would have to figure out how that statement is true.
