Christian, moving the Vatican from Rome in the West, to Constantinople in the East.

Hello!

The answer is Constantine was the first Christian ruler of Rome. He ruled between 306 and 337 and lived most of his life as a pagan. However, he became the first Roman emperor to convert to Christianity on his deathbed since he was baptised by Eusebious of Nicomedia. Also, he encouraged the proclamation of the Edict of Milan which established religious tolerance for Christianity in Rome.

Hope this helps.
