D - Biased
A biased question leads a person to a particular answer due to the fact that a biased question is on a basis focusing more so on a certain point.
To word this better, biased questions are when the person asking the question has a certain view on the topic, making the question give a positive view towards the answer they want and a negative one towards the one they don't want - particularly in a survey.
Honest is incorrect as an honest question leads a person to their own generalized answer with no basis or persuasion.
Fair is similar to honest, a non-biased question with no aspects to sway the answerer.
Friendly is not the correct answer as this is just a way to state the question, possibly to set a nice atmosphere instead of intimidating whoever is being questioned.
Hope this helps!
