Criminal justice is the delivery of justice to those who have committed crimes. The criminal justice system is a series of government agencies and institutions whose goal is to identify and catch the law-breakers and to inflict a form of punishment on them.

Yes. There are substantial numbers of attorneys and law school students and faculty members who know and understand quite a bit on the subject.  There are even several incarcerated criminals who, through study and first-hand experience, have acquired extensive knowledge of that topic.
