Well to factor a trinomial (Which is in the form ax^2 + bx + c) You would have to bring the A over to c so you can get x^2 alone. (If their isn't a gcf) You could also try to find what multiplys ac to add to b. but since that is not possible you would rewrite it x^2 -27x + 72 ( by multiplying the a to c) The you would rework it as normal (whatever two numbers multiply to 72 and add to -27. Which would be (x-3)(x-24). Then you would divide by the original A (x-3/18)(x-24/18). Then you would simplify that. (x-6)(x-4/3) and you would take any extra denominators and bring it to the front of the x. Making it (x-6)(3x-4)
