They are still considered part of the executive branch, but independent regulatory commissions and agencies must be free from political influence, taking exception from both the principle of checks and balances and the principle of separation of powers.
The Principle of checks and balance and the principle of separation of powers will be the major part of the Executives branches .
But the agency and independent regulatory should be free from this types branches so they can take their decision independently .Separation of powers refers to the division of a state's government into branches, each with separate, independent powers and responsibilities, so that the powers of one branch are not in conflict with those of the other branches.
