The public funding comes from the political action committee (PAC), Senate members and comprise of donations from small donors& large donors, and also pooled from various organizations and conventions. however, presidential candidates used to receive funds from the federal government who demonstrate popular public support and political parties are only allowed to raise hard money for Election campaign which is subject to federal limits.
