Michelle earned $150 during the summer for babysitting. She bought 2 packs of Blu-ray disks worth $65 each using her babysitting money. How much money was left after she bought the Blu-ray disks?

150-130=20
Michelle has $20 left
What we know: Total money available = $150, each Blu-ray disk is $65, two packs were purchased. 


$65             +          $65             = $130 
(disk one)            (disk two)         (total to buy both disks) 
$150                             -         $130               =     $20 (total money available)        (cost of disks)
Therefore, there were $20 left over after she bought the Blu-ray disks.
