Alright, we know that all angles in a triangle add up to 180. Now, we have the angle for Y, and angle for X, but we don't have the angle for W. Now, since the line XW and YZ are parallel, and the line YW goes through the lines, that means the angle for W is equal to 2x (because they are alternate interior angles. Look it up if you don't know what those are, google is awesome). So, that means angle Y is 90, angle X is 3x-5, and angle W is 2x. So, lets write it out
180 = AngleY + AngleX + Angle W
180 = 90 + 3x-5 + 2x
180 = 85+5x
95 = 5x
x = 19
Now that we know x = 19, we now plug it into all the x variables to get the angles. So, lets plug it in for angle x
3x-5 = 3(19)-5= 57-5=52
2x = 2(19)=38
And there you go. (I'll google up the reason on why angle W and 2X are equal, I'll put it in the reply section
